Friday afternoon we will have our dress rehearsal for our performance and then enjoy a picnic with your family before our final performance.

Who will be at the camp?

Students who are entering 5th-12th grades are included in the camp.

Students will be separated by age groups for some workshops and activities.

Please invite and encourage your friends to attend!

What should I bring to camp?

Your smile and enthusiasm!  Bring a desire to try new things, to learn and to grow!

We recommend you don’t bring a purse or backpack or other bags.

Campers are asked to bring their own refillable water bottle marked with your name to each day of camp.

If you are in an instrumental ensemble (or ensembles), you will need to bring your instrument(s) and music stand and any other equipment that your breakout leader asks you to bring.

A gift for our mission project.  We will be collecting funds for the “Enliven” mission in La Union, Honduras.  Heather and Mike Farrell train musicians and worship leaders and our donations will help them purchase needed instruments and other equipment. (For more information see: www.cten.org/heatherfarrell.)

Can I bring my phone/device to camp?

Generally, no.  We want all campers to be involved in the activities at camp.  If you need to bring one for medical reasons, please include that information on your registration form. Any other phones brought to camp will be surrendered to the camp desk and returned to you at the end of the day.  On Friday, phones will be released before the evening picnic and performance.

What do I wear to camp?

Dress for the week is casual (jean shorts & t-shirts are fine).  We will mostly be indoors and the building is air conditioned.  We will wear camp t-shirts with blue or black shorts or pants for our performance, so please plan accordingly.

Please note that a high standard of modesty will be upheld.  Please keep your midriff, shoulders and chest covered and do not wear clothing that is form-fitting.  Wear shorts that keep the mid- to upper-thigh covered and avoid language and graphics on clothing that are not appropriate for all ages.  Respect yourself and others.  Questionable attire will be dealt with on an individual basis. Campers and staff members are expected to demonstrate honorable character at all times.

What should my attitude and behavior be?

Uplifting language, consideration, respect, obedience, humility, a teachable spirit, etc. are all ways in which we honor each other and honor God.  We appreciate your help in creating a positive, God-honoring camp experience.  If you have concerns, please see the camp director or a camp staff person.
